We went bruschetta crazy...

The ricotta is so good. So much bruschetta has been made.

Starting from upper left:
1. Herbed ricotta
2. Ricotta with Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
3. Ricotta with clover honey
4. Ricotta with fresh basil and parmesan
5. Ricotta with Apricot jam

Chako freaked out over the one apricot jam. Big winner.
