I love cooking! Cooking, baking, creating new cocktails. I live with my amazing boyfriend, I call him Chako, and our two cats Boo & Bean (calico devils). We live in East Harlem, NYC, and we have a typical teeny tiny NYC apartment kitchen: no counter space, shallow sink, wobbly refrigerator, stacked appliances etc etc. Cooking for dinner parties is the funniest.
I cook, he tries everything, it's a great system. I am by no means saying I am great cook, I am totally amateur and self taught. My family is Puerto Rican on one side and Italian on the other, so those cuisines are my specialty, but I am trying to challenge myself to try new things.
